Before deployment, it is mandatory for all Nithya Security Servicesemployees to undergo basic Security Training which comprises of physical training, safety measures, first aid and fire fighting including duties and responsibilities of security personal. Our training process is on-going and progressive throughout the employees' career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.

On the job training is imparted on sites (customer premises) and in our office premises by professionally trained training manager qualified from Security Sector Skill Development Council (SSSDC), New Delhi. Our training courses are designed after having in-depth discussions with the client and assessing the training needs of the staff. The aim of these courses is to enhance the professional skills of the security personnel and develop management skills in the supervisory and management staff.
